Xun Zheng and Qin Qiao Chu are a quarrelsome pair, Qin Qiao Chu values efficiency while Xun Zheng values evidence. While solving different cases, they secretly compete and rely on one another. The criminal defense attorney represented by Di Shuhan is diametrically opposed to Qin Qiaochu and Xun Zheng in order to protect the criminal suspect's procedural rights. It is precisely because of the unremitting efforts of these three parties that stand in their respective positions that the litigation rights of all criminal litigation participants including victims and criminal suspects are effectively protected.
